It has 4 x double rooms, 2 x single rooms, and a lovely large living room for an additional 3 guests on sofabeds (1 x single, 1 x double).
This is an ideal cottage to book if you're travelling with elderly guests (as it's set back from any noise), or couples (as it has private double rooms). -

This is an ideal cottage to book for a large group. We recommend it for any guests that are not drinking (so that they can drive home at the end of the night). Guests with young children, or elderly guests that might be disrupted by noise from the party yurt (as it is far away).
The Manor: up-to 24 guests

Perfect for large groups. Sawcliffe Manor can sleep up to 24 guests (for larger groups of up to 30, you can even add Rose Cottage which is located next door).

Rose Cottage has a stunningly large kitchen & living room with AGA and inglenook fireplace. It shares a garden with the Manor, and is located 60 meters from the Giant Party Yurt. For those wanting to extend our quiet hours beyond 11.30pm, we recommend adding Rose Cottage to your booking (so that you don't have neighbours to worry about).
The Chicken Coop: 8-13 guests (80 meters)

Perfect for medium sized groups, The Chicken Coop sleeps up to 13 guests and is a short walking distance from the Manor, spa and archery facilities.

This cottage has a fabulous garden party bar, so that you can shake cocktails and enjoy the gorgeous countryside air together. It's located 100 meters from the Manor, and has 4 x double bedrooms, and 2 x single bedrooms.

Our hampers use only the best and most delicious and seasonal ingredients from local farms in the area (we’re real foodies)! Traditional sourdough bread, granolas, pastries, and even milk from the milk man (yes, we still have a milk man delivering from local farms in the area!)

Vegan: We’ll provide vegan bakes, vegan spreads (like avocado), vegan butter, oat milk or similar.
Lactose free: We’ll make sure that any pastries are lactose free pastries (if you’ve ordered a continental), add lactose free butter and oat milk or similar.
Nut Allergies:
Unfortunately we are unable to cater for guests with nut allergies, as our kitchen facilities, both our butchers & our baker’s kitchen facilities are mixed use. This means that all of our catering could therefore contain traces of nuts.We recommend ask guests with nut allergies to bring some pastries, muselis and granolas with them, so that they can add this to your breakfast buffet. They will know best where to source breakfast items that they can safely enjoy together with the rest of the group.

Delivered straight to the Manor’s beautiful Georgian dining room in beautiful baskets with cake stands and decorations, our afternoon tea is the perfect way to enjoy a classy afternoon with loved ones.
Our catering uses only the best and most delicious and seasonal ingredients from local farms in the area. Lashings of delicious traditionally baked cakes, scones, clotted creams, and even our very own blended Sawcliffe teas. Our afternoon tea even has a lovely little Alice in Wonderland twist (but we don’t want to spoil the surprise).
We’ll even arrange the delivery of your afternoon tea directly into the Manor’s dining room, perfect if you’re hoping to surprise someone special.

Perfect for an evening my the fire, in the garden, or enjoyed just after a spa. Our grazing domes include delicious cheese from Mary’s Cows at Cote Hill Farm (1KM from Sawcliffe) - they’ve even won the ’Great Taste Award’.
We’ll spoil you with a selection of tapas items like olives, dips, specialty relishes and crackers (from Peter’s Yard). Don’t worry, if you are doing Veganuary, have lactose or gluten intolerance, we have a variation for you too!
Timings: Available between 12 noon and 9pm. We’ll deliver it to the Manor kitchen for you to enjoy when it best suits you.

We will deliver our 3 course meal to the Manor’s beautiful big kitchen island, ready for you to enjoy when suits you (we’ll leave instructions to keep things warm), and we’ll even lay the beautiful big table in the dining room for you with table cloths, flowers, napkins and candles, so you won’t have to worry about a thing.

Wood-fired Hot Tub: Our hot tub, takes us 7 hours to prepare for guests to use (if you can believe it)! We heat 2000 litres of fresh water by hand, using a wood-fire. Enjoy a 1.5 hour archery lesson with Reg, our incredible bush-craft expert.

Learn archery or axe-throwing in our farm range. We are lucky to have an incredible archery, bushcraft and axe-throwing teacher, Reg on our team.
Both activities come highly recommended for large groups wanting to try something a little different. -

Yoga & Tea in the Yurt
Guests can enjoy 1.5 hours restorative vinyassa yoga with our favourite local yoga teacher, followed by a lovely herbal tea and fruit selection. Please note that yoga mats are not provided for this activity, however the rugs in our yurt are a very suitable surface for practicing yoga in case you don't have enough private mats (we've tried it before)!
