Our hampers use only the best and most delicious and seasonal ingredients from local farms in the area (we’re real foodies)! Traditional sourdough bread, granolas, pastries, and even milk from the milk man (yes, we still have a milk man delivering from local farms in the area!)

Options:
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten and lactose free options can be provided (and we’ll label things carefully for guests with these intolerances or allergies).

Alternatives: We’re passionate about locally produced farm food, so we don’t serve meat alternatives like vegetarian or vegan sausages.

Vegetarian: Danish pastries or baked goods will replace meat.

Gluten free: We’ll add GF bread, GF oats or GF pastries/baked goods if you’ve booked continental.

Vegan: We’ll provide vegan bakes, vegan spreads (like avocado), vegan butter, oat milk or similar.

Lactose free: We’ll make sure that any pastries are lactose free pastries (if you’ve ordered a continental), add lactose free butter and oat milk or similar.

Nut Allergies:
Unfortunately we are unable to cater for guests with nut allergies, as our kitchen facilities, both our butchers & our baker’s kitchen facilities are mixed use. This means that all of our catering could therefore contain traces of nuts.

We recommend ask guests with nut allergies to bring some pastries, muselis and granolas with them, so that they can add this to your breakfast buffet. They will know best where to source breakfast items that they can safely enjoy together with the rest of the group.

Delivered straight to the Manor’s beautiful Georgian dining room in beautiful baskets with cake stands and decorations, our afternoon tea is the perfect way to enjoy a classy afternoon with loved ones.

Our catering uses only the best and most delicious and seasonal ingredients from local farms in the area. Lashings of delicious traditionally baked cakes, scones, clotted creams, and even our very own blended Sawcliffe teas. Our afternoon tea even has a lovely little Alice in Wonderland twist (but we don’t want to spoil the surprise).

We’ll even arrange the delivery of your afternoon tea directly into the Manor’s dining room, perfect if you’re hoping to surprise someone special.

Timings:
1-3pm dining room delivery and setup - ready for a 3pm tea. Can be adjusted

’Traditional Afternoon Tea’ Includes:
Generous helpings of delicious loaf cakes (decorated with seasonal flowers and fruits), scones, cream cakes, petit fours, macarons, quiches, savoury pastries, traditional englisgh jams for your scones, clotted cream, specialty lose leaf teas, roasted coffee, milk, butter and apple juices.

’Light’ Afternoon Tea Includes:
This is ideal for between meals, and is a more budget friendly version of our ’Traditional Afternoon Tea’. It is the same as above, however the portions are 1/3 smaller.

For your table:
Our afternoon teas include a ‘mad hatters style’ twist, table cloths, quirky tea-pots, napkins, bunting and freshly picked flowers or foliage (depending on what’s available from our garden). Please note that we provide candles in hurricane lamps only (we cannot provide free-standing candles).

Perfect for an evening my the fire, in the garden, or enjoyed just after a spa. Our grazing domes include delicious cheese from Mary’s Cows at Cote Hill Farm (1KM from Sawcliffe) - they’ve even won the ’Great Taste Award’.

We’ll spoil you with a selection of tapas items like olives, dips, specialty relishes and crackers (from Peter’s Yard). Don’t worry, if you are doing Veganuary, have lactose or gluten intolerance, we have a variation for you too!

Timings: Available between 12 noon and 9pm. We’ll deliver it to the Manor kitchen for you to enjoy when it best suits you.

Important Notes: Please leave the keys to your accommodation available to us for deliveries.

Delivered straight to the Manor’s beautiful Georgian kitchen as a buffet, our 3 course AGA catering uses only the best and most delicious and seasonal ingredients from local farms in the area, perfect for a delicious sit-down meal in the Manor’s stunning Georgian dining room.

We will deliver our 3 course meal to the Manor’s beautiful big kitchen island, ready for you to enjoy when suits you (we’ll leave instructions to keep things warm), and we’ll even lay the beautiful big table in the dining room for you with table cloths, flowers, napkins and candles, so you won’t have to worry about a thing.

Matching Spa Kits: We’ll provide you with beautiful matching spa kits, Japanese kimonos, flip flops, Turkish peshtemal hammam towels and a selection of gorgeous natural cosmetics so that you can pamper yourselves whilst relaxing in our natural spa facilities.

Refreshments & Cosmetics: Hand blended herbal teas & mineral birch waters will help you prepare for a big night in the yurt, and our natural face masks and cold-pressed rose-hip oil will leave you glowing.

Wood-fired Hot Tub: Our hot tub, takes us 7 hours to prepare for guests to use (if you can believe it)! We heat 2000 litres of fresh water by hand, using a wood-fire. It’s a labour of love - but boy is it worth the effort! The feeling of fresh-water on your skin, combined with the gentle wood-sap and views onto nature is quite something...

Copper Hot Tub: Our milk and copper flower hot tub is particularly loved by our guests, as a natural exfoliant on the skin. Yes, you’ll get to bathe just like Cleopatra did, in cow’s milk and rose petals. If you prefer a vegan alternative, we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.

Estonian Sauna: Custom made for Sawcliffe in Estonia, our brand new Iglu-sauna is extra special (Victoria & David Beckham have the same sauna at home)! Soak up the natural aromas of pine, eucalyptus and birch wood, while enjoying the gorgeous steam. Use our birch wood Vihta, or Sauna whisk - to profume the air, and open up your pores.

Swedish Ice Bucket Shower: Brace yourselves. Our ice bucket shower awakens the immune system, and leaves you full to the brim with endorphines.

Essentail oil experience shower: Use jets & our waterfall shower experience to feel awake all the senses in your body.

Resting areas: We’ve carefully designed our resting areas with sheepskin rugs, wooden chairs, and even a herbal sensory garden.

Enjoy a fabulous evening together, bathing in our wood-fired & copper hot tubs, relaxing in our Estonian Sauna, and pampering yourselves rotten.

Adapted especially for hen parties, bring a large photo of the groom/bride and we'll provide cupid's arrows and wings. It's a fantastic way to bond and share stories about the couple to be.

Located on our archery range, a short 30 second walk from the Manor. Our archery range is sheltered for all types of weather.

Guests can enjoy 1.5 hours restorative vinyassa yoga with our favourite local yoga teacher, followed by a lovely herbal tea and fruit selection. Please note that yoga mats are not provided for this activity, however the rugs in our yurt are a very suitable surface for practicing yoga in case you don't have enough private mats (we've tried it before)!

For Manor guests our fabulous yurt will be used as a beautiful yoga studio for the lesson.
